Return and Refund Policy


Refund and Return Policy. 


Our purpose is to make you happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you can return it within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a return, products should be unused, and with all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to a customer. Customer to pay return postage.



Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for damages. We will then inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected. 

In case of approval, we will refund you the total amount charged for the item. Money will be placed back to your credit card or to the original payment method. Please note issuing a refund may take up to 7 days. 

If after 7 days a refund has not be received, please contact us using the Contact Us form.



Batas cricket bats are crafted from English Willow, a natural material. All bats are supplied in good faith with no known defects. However, should a bat fail during normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge to the customer. If, in our opinion it has become damaged through misuse, such as a lack of a full knocking in or has been used with sub-standard cricket balls, we will not consider giving a free repair or replacement.
